After school, Caleb spent 10 years working as a Petroleum Landman, where he negotiated leases, working with investors to close deals and became very proficient in identifying prospects, negotiating deals and reviewing contracts. These are all skills he provides to his real estate clients today.   

Caleb lives in Cisco, Texas with his wife and their three boys. They love being active in the community and serve in their church, Calvary Baptist Church, with the youth program. When Caleb isn’t working in real estate or running his small farming operation, he enjoys hunting, staying active and spending time with his family – especially watching his sons in their athletic pursuits.
